Share Evidence-Based Health Information

We will work with the Model Systems to develop effective health information dissemination strategies appropriate for our different constituents: consumers, clinicians and researchers.

Methods:

  1. Develop information technology products to use in the dissemination of evidence-based materials:
    1. Develop a Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center Web site.
    2. Create Web portals for each Model Systems project area (TBI, SCI and Burn).
    3. Create a searchable database of research conducted by the Model Systems projects.
    4. Develop a knowledge base of materials produced in Project 2.
  2. Provide technical assistance to the Model Systems on developing user-friendly Web sites.
