MSKTC LogoThe Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center (MSKTC) summarizes research, identifies health information needs and develops systems for sharing information for the NIDRR model systems programs in traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and burn injury.

Our projects:

Conduct Systematic Reviews of the Evidence

How can we make sure the latest and best research findings are being used in health care decision making? We assist the model systems to review the latest research relevant to their fields and to make recommendations about best practices and treatments. Learn more.

Meet Health Information Needs

What's the best way to provide health information to the people who need it--consumers, health care professionals, researchers, policy makers and government agencies? We identify the health information needs and preferences of these different users and develop products that meet those needs. Learn more.

Share Evidence-Based Health Information

How can we make the information and products we develop available to people in a way that is efficient and user-friendly? We will create a centralized Web-based knowledge management system of SCI, TBI and Burn Model Systems resources. Learn more.
